"Student, don't talk nonsense! We are discussing your matter right now!"

The grade dean slammed his hand onto the desk in anger, his previously detached and high-and-mighty posture becoming emotional. Shang Ying’s comment about corruption had clearly rattled him. Unintentional as it might have sounded, a guilty conscience easily panics.

Shang Ying pouted.

"Fine, then let's discuss it properly. Don't pull that anonymous report nonsense with me. For the school, there's no real difference between anonymous and named reports."

Her words made all the teachers present freeze for a moment, some averting their eyes guiltily, because what she said was entirely true. The school possessed all sorts of methods to trace anonymous reporters.

Whenever anyone attempted an anonymous report against school leadership, they were quickly caught and subjected to varying degrees of punishment.

"I need to know who reported me, and why you believed their report enough to expel me. Until this is made clear, we're not done."

The grade dean knit his brows in intense annoyance. He had zero intention of wasting time here going back and forth with Shang Ying. After all, talking so much was meaningless, as the school had already decided to expel her.

However, Shang Ying clearly anticipated his thoughts and sat down directly across from his desk, putting on a completely shameless, unbothered posture.

"If you refuse, I'll go to the PA room right now and broadcast the school's unfair decision to everyone. I'll make sure everyone knows, make it hit tomorrow's news, and add that the grade dean is corrupt. Otherwise, why slander me? You decide how to handle this."

‘Come at her!’ She walked straight and wasn't afraid of slander, plus she held the moral high ground here. Since the school insisted on throwing dirty water on her, she'd stir this muddy water until the sky turned upside down!

Besides, she had just probed out that this grade dean had shady dealings, so she had to grab onto this weakness and strike it hard.

Sure enough, hearing Shang Ying's dangerous idea, both the grade dean and the other teachers were dumbfounded. What kind of student was this?!

Crucially, the grade dean indeed had a guilty conscience. Terrified that Shang Ying would actually make a scene, he put on a dark face and immediately placed a call to have someone check who had filed the report.

Shang Yi found a stool, sat down beside Shang Ying, leaned in close to her, and asked softly, "Lu Yan?"

Shang Ying had a lollipop in her mouth. After pondering for a few seconds, she shook her head. "Shouldn't be. I already had someone deal with her."

She turned to look at Shang Yi, noticing his expression looked somewhat strange. Almost instinctively, a guess surfaced in her mind.

"Wait, don't tell me you dealt with her too?"

Unsurprisingly, Shang Yi nodded. He had hired someone to gather dirt on Lu Yan and then threatened her. If she dared to provoke them again, he would buy trending searches across all platforms to expose those photos publicly.

The gathered information showed that Lu Yan valued her reputation and status above all else. Holding what she feared losing most, and could lose at any moment, was a form of psychological torture, ensuring she wouldn't dare reoffend.

After telling Shang Ying, Shang Yi asked, "What about you?"

Shang Ying looked at him sideways, taking the lollipop from her lips.

"Found a car to crash into her."

She handled things with pure violence. Shang Yi dealt magical damage, while she used physical attacks.

At the time, Shang Ying had sent Jiang Mei a message asking if any of his lackeys wanted to play bumper cars, a request that quickly received enthusiastic responses from his crew.

How to teach someone a lesson depended on the situation. Some needed to be killed outright, others needed a broken arm or leg, while delicate young girls like Lu Yan didn't require anything too extreme. Scaring the daylights out of her without causing severe injury was enough.

The strawberry-flavored candy left a brief, sweet fragrance in the air, her casual words mixing with the scent as if wrapped in a layer of frosting, sounding far less terrifying than it was.

Shang Yi pressed his pale lips together, putting on a completely taught and compliant demeanor as he pondered beside her. Shang Ying leaned her head back against the sofa, finding it somewhat funny.

They truly lived up to being siblings, one targeting the mind, the other targeting the body. A dual pincer attack made it impossible for the opponent to step out of line.

The grade dean, Tian Wei, and Class 1's homeroom teacher were somewhat speechless watching their intimate interactions. Talking so closely right in front of them, and they still claimed they weren't dating? Who were they trying to fool?!

Before long, the office door was knocked. A girl walked in timidly, her eyes flickering with uncertainty. Upon spotting the two people on the sofa, she froze visibly.

‘Why was Shang Yi here? She hadn't mentioned Shang Yi when filing the report!’

Shang Ying tilted her head to look at the girl, her eyes completely calm without a single ripple. Like a pebble tossed into a deep well, failing to stir even the subtle echoes.

In contrast, Shang Yi displayed slight emotional fluctuation. His indifferent eyes grew even colder upon seeing the newcomer, his icy gaze making one tremble and fear making eye contact with him.

The girl who walked in was none other than Xia Zhi.

Shang Ying wasn't surprised at all. Back when she was cornered in the alley by street thugs, she had already guessed this matter was related to Xia Zhi. She just hadn't gotten around to dealing with her yet.

What a pity. There was only one person in the entire class willing to hang out with Shang Ying, yet even she wasn't genuine.

‘Please refund the money for the meals she paid for previously!’

Seeing the person arrive, Tian Wei's face brightened with a smile as she grabbed Xia Zhi's hand.

"If Xia Zhi reported it, then it must be credible. She has the best relationship with Shang Ying!"

"Yes, so good that she came to report me."

Shang Ying chimed in with a reckless remark, leaning against the sofa with absolute leisure, looking as if she wasn't the person about to be expelled.

The faces of everyone present turned from pale to flushed, and flushed back to pale, made thoroughly awkward by this single line. Xia Zhi's face turned deathly pale, biting her lips tightly, not daring to look at her.

The grade dean's face, which had barely eased, stiffened once more. He looked at Xia Zhi impatiently.

"Student Xia, tell us. Are Shang Ying and Shang Yi in a relationship?"

Surrounded by everyone's gazes, Xia Zhi felt somewhat nervous, her thick bangs covering her forehead as she lowered her head slightly, her eyes partially hidden.

She had never been the center of so many eyes before. Everyone was waiting for her accusation, and having such a voice for the first time made her heart race wildly, her voice almost failing to come out.

She nervously stole a glance at Shang Yi, only to have her heart freeze under his icy gaze, all the excitement evaporating in an instant.

No longer hesitating, Xia Zhi spoke in a soft yet firm voice.

"The two of them are dating. I can guarantee it. Other students have seen them too, and there are photos of them on the school forum."

Sure enough, Tian Wei opened the school forum on her phone, finding numerous candid photos of Shang Ying and Shang Yi taken from various angles. Walking to school together, visiting the supermarket together, and even fan-created artwork of the two.

"Director, look! This is all proof! What else do you have to deny, Shang Ying?! Don't you dress up every day just to entice male students?!"

‘Fuck.’ Shang Ying's fists tightened slightly. ‘Where the hell did this "enticing male students" theory even come from?!’

The grade dean cast a cold glance at her, his eyes filled with disgust for wasting his time.

"That's enough. Hurry up, pack your things, go home, and have your family find another school for you."

Just as Shang Ying was about to speak, the office door was suddenly pushed open, interrupting her.

"They are siblings, not lovers.”
